The high demand for quality at Evg Engi-Con is not only reflected in production. Also after delivery, we offer you the right service for your high-performance fan. Upon request, we can take care of installation, training, repairs, maintenance and documentation for new as well as for existing systems, system parts, and, of course, also for third party equipment.

Installation
Upon request, we can take over the entire assembly, installation and Commissioning Services of your fan system or provide you with an experienced supervisor for professional assembly, as the commissioning of a new system always requires a high degree of product know-how. If you decide to have installation performed by Evg Engi-Con, a qualified, specifically trained service technician will take care of the assembly. Test runs and start-up measurements will performed to guarantee the volume flow, differential pressure and power consumption, so that your new fan is tailored and regulated to your requirements. Our skilled training personnel are also able to ensure safe operation and a brief commissioning phase from the outset in the case of self-installation, and who will be present on site during the installation of our fans.

Training
If you decide to have installation performed by a qualified Evg Engi-Con employee, shortly afterwards, at the latest, your employees will receive thorough training and instruction on the operation and function of your equipment. This training is provided by our specialist personal when the system is handed over.

Repair
If, in spite of our high quality, there is need for a repair or an extensive overhaul, our service employees are also available at short notice, even outside of normal business hours. Naturally, we are also able to perform checks and repairs for already existing systems and system parts, including third party equipment.

Maintenance
Our comprehensive services also include the maintenance of your system in order to prevent system failures. We can perform maintenance at intervals you can determine or on a one-time basis upon request. This includes increasing and optimising the use and service life of the systems and machines, improving operating safety, increasing system availability, optimising operating procedures, reducing faults and the forward planning of costs. Therefore, regular inspection and maintenance are essential for guaranteeing the virtually trouble-free operation of your fans. An Evg Engi-Con maintenance contract considerably lowers the risk of an unexpected loss of production. In addition, it is possible to carry out inspections and maintenance during scheduled downtimes, such as during plant closures or holidays. One thing is sure: Having your fans and systems inspected regularly is worth it because if it is possible to avoid even only one unscheduled production stoppage, your investment in the maintenance contract will have already paid for itself.
