EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. fan systems are used both before and after the combustion process for conveying media in the energy industry.
Single or double inlet centrifugal fans made of steel or stainless steel can be implemented – as fresh air fans, for example. The axial fans, with fibre composite or stainless steel blades that can be adjusted when stationary, have many uses in the area of energy production. For the exhaust gas side, we also supply customised fans for up to 1,000 °C.
A special characteristic of EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. fan systems is the chemical resistance against corrosive components in the exhaust gas, such as HCl, SOx, HCl, HF, HBr, SOx, Cl, fluorine and CO. To protect against dust and other abrasive and sticky residues from the combustion process (soot, fibre residues or tar), we cover the impellers as well as the other housing parts that come into contact with the media with hard metals, tungsten carbide, Teflon, Ruby Red or similar.
With the right sealing systems, we can guarantee explosion protection for Zone 1 and Zone 2 in accordance with ATEX 94/9/EC. This also includes mechanical shaft seals, stuffing boxes or contact-free turbo labyrinth seals, also using sealing gas or return systems.

Melamine resin is a colourless substance that cures abruptly at a specific temperature. EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. developed a pressure surge-protected special fan in stainless steel with a magnetic coupling to convey the substance. To prevent unwanted hardening inside the fan, the fan housing can be temperated for the specific process and thereby guarantee an ideal melamine production process.
