For the chemical industry, we mainly produce fresh air fans, process fans, bypass fans and exhaust air fans. Our wide range of materials and coatings prevents corrosive attacks by acids, e.g. HCl, HF, HBr, SOx, Cl, fluorine or benzene. For the impellers and parts that come into contact with the media, not only do we use high tensile steel, but also normal or high-alloyed stainless steel, nickel materials, Hastelloy as well as Grade 2 and Grade 7 titanium for special applications. Even in combination with temperatures of up to 1,000 °C we will find a customer-specific solution for your applications.
With the right sealing systems, we can guarantee explosion protection for Zone 1 (21) and Zone 2 (22) in accordance with ATEX 94/9/EC. This also includes mechanical shaft seals, stuffing boxes or contact-free turbo labyrinth seals, also using sealing gas or return systems.

Prosernat, CAMPANA Raffinerie in Argentinien
As part of these petrochemical activities, EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. provided a set of two “Air fan Packages” for the fresh air supply to a Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU). In collaboration with the customers engineering EVG has studied, developed and manufactured the complete package with flow measurement and the corresponding regulation. These Air fan packages are installed at the CAMPANA Refinery in Argentina.

Melamine resin is a colourless substance that cures abruptly at a specific temperature. EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. developed a pressure surge-protected special fan in stainless steel with a magnetic coupling to convey the substance. To prevent unwanted hardening inside the fan, the fan housing can be temperated for the specific process and thereby guarantee an ideal melamine production process.
SGL Carbon SE – Banting Malaysia
The manufacture of “ultra high-performance graphite electrodes” requires precise temperature profiles of up to 850 °C in the furnace. The high temperature-resistant special fans from EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. ensure the best distribution of hot air in the trolley kiln at temperatures up to 950 °C. This guarantees stable processes without temperature variations and ensures the high level of performance of our customers in the production of electrodes.
Dieffenbacher, China – Chipboard production
High exhaust air temperatures together with residues from the chipboard production process – Challenges made to measure for AVG. Due to the special abrasion coating on the impeller with outputs up to 1600 kW on the drive shaft, the service life at these extremes is ensured in the long term. Naturally, in addition to assembly, we also provide support for on-site installation as well as for annual maintenance.
