One of our main areas of application is fans for the automotive industry. We equip complete paint shops with our fans. Whether in the spray booth, in the dryer or in the cataphoretic painting system, our fans are the right solution for any intake and exhaust system.
Centrifugal fans are mainly used as free-wheeling or housing fans when the absolute absence of silicon is required.
The housing fans impress with their special, gas-tight shaft seal. In the standard version, the free-wheeling fans are mounted on a base frame. For duct or wall installation, they can also be produced in an ATEX version.

BMW Dingolfing
To ensure that the personally preferred colour remains brilliant for the entire life of the car, the paint job consists of many work stages and multiple layers. The spray cabin is therefore the core element of the paint shop. To remove the resulting paint mist from the air, EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. supplies the perfect exhaust air fans in an ATEX version. We use built-in fans with a freewheel for the incoming air. To clean the exhaust air after cathodic electrocoating (TAR), gas-tight housing fans are used. In this way, EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. fulfils the highest requirements of BMW for this particularly environmentally-friendly integrated painting process.
Ford Changan
In painting plants, the drying process is used to harden the coats of paint. To create the perfect surface, the fans are designed exactly for the operating point. The absolute absence of silicon is a basic prerequisite. Our housing fans are used for the dryer exhaust air and our free-wheeling built-in fans are used for the incoming air.

Painting plants with the highest level of quality are the premisses of our customers. To provide support for a perfect painting result, EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. supplies customised incoming air, circulated air and exhaust air fans with an optimum operating point. Our wide range of products means that we always have a suitable fan available even for unusual requirements. ATEX, stainless steel or special coating versions are also available for this.
AUDI – Acoustic Wind Tunnel Modification Neckarsulm
The existing closed acoustic wind tunnel at Audi AG in Neckarsulm was technically extensively reworked as part of the modernization of the all-wheel roller test stand so that the exhaust gas can be discharged into the open air. In addition to the new supply and exhaust air system for the mouth sound measurement, the test rig has been converted to an open channel without changing the performance data in closed operation, while maintaining the high requirements for low sound levels. An ex-evacuation system was also installed as part of the modification.EVG Engicon Airtech Pvt.Ltd. has overtaken the full project responsibility for the complete aerodynamic reconstruction, starting with the conceptual design and construction of the complete system. In addition to supplying the complete range of services, the assembly and commissioning of the equipment was also handled by EVG.
